Celebrating Valentine's Day means celebrating the love that unites a couple with romantic gestures, and they don't necessarily have to be austentatious or flamboyant to reach the heart of the person we love. Sometimes, a few ideas are really enough to create the intimate and pleasant atmosphere of a day to remember - and even at home you can think of some project to decorate according to the love theme.

With materials that you may already have or that are, in any case, easy to find, and perhaps spending just a little, you can create many stunning decorations to use in the living room, kitchen, bedroom or wherever you prefer. Take a look at the suggestions below:

Are there any trees or polystyrene cones left with no Christmas decorations on them? You can reuse them for projects suitable for Valentine's Day: you just have to cut out a bunch hearts of the same size (use one in cardboard as a template) made from felt pieces, or if you prefer rubber, and then glue them to the structure, starting from the bottom, like tiles.

You can also experiment creating simple objects to be placed on a shelf - perhaps over the fireplace! Old frames, postcards, decorated paper scraps, woolen threads ... you can use so many common objects that are just laying around the house!
