Much more than a cat basket: this feline has a miniature room all of its own

Imagine entering an old house - which will be your new home - and as you explore it, you discover a small space just behind a wall, like a miniature closet. What would you do with it? Bryan Davis and his family have decided to create a room tailored for Wyatt, the cat they adopted just a few months before moving to the new home.

Anyone who has cats will know how much they love to hide inside the most unusual objects, and above all, in cardboard boxes - even if they already have expensive, comfortable cat baskets to use. Fortunately, Wyatt appreciated the room his owner created for him, which is furnished completely with all the creature comforts!

The entire transformation process was also documented on Twitter, and it quickly went viral online. Bryan found a compartment behind the bedroom wall and transformed it beyond recognition. The space was really very small and cramped, with an weird shape as it had been built close to the sloping roof. It was too small to make into a proper closet, but it was too big to be ignored and left empty.

So, Bryan has seen fit to furnish it as if it were a real, miniature room - cat-sized: it has a bed, a carpet, a scratching post and even paintings and other furnishing elements in miniature. Before, there had been a skylight, but now there is a light bulb that illuminates the room. And of course, there is no shortage of Wyatt's favorite and toys.

However, it seems that the accessory that Wyatt loves most is his personal TV, or rather, the mini tablet for which the owner has made a customized support: on the screen, this very lucky cat watches videos of birds and squirrels. In fact, Wyatt loves watching these animals for real from the windows overlooking the garden - but since they seem to disappear from view in winter, Bryan has seen fit to ensure his beloved cat gets his dose of daily fun in digital form!

"He spends a lot of time in there, and asks to be able to watch his favorite show before falling asleep," the man said. "Just like a teenager, he falls asleep while watching TV."

Would you like to be able to create a similar home for your cat?
