There is a service offered by IKEA in many countries, which works both online and in some selected stores: it is called Circular Hub and is a sort of official bargains corner.

It is in fact, a selection of pieces of furniture on sale at reduced prices. And why is this? These are recovered pieces, second-hand items or those that were used for exhibitions. Depending on the case, therefore, you will get the opportunity to buy furniture which are described on the website of the Swedish giant in the following way:

"These items are now out of production, and therefore belong to sets that can no longer be purchased in our store - but they are in perfect condition, even though they are no longer being offer for sale in our store.

  • They are used, but quality checked by IKEA via the "Bring and Resell" service.
  • They were pieces used in the display area of the shops - the ones used that inspire potential buyers.
  • They may have some small production imperfections or have been damaged during transport - but only in such a way as not to compromise their functionality and safety of use."

It is therefore necessary to pay attention to the description of each item, which details the condition of the product. IKEA also specifies that sometimes the furniture in the Circular Hub is still within its packaging, while other times, it is delivered as is.

Have you ever used this service?
