A home that always smells good is a luxury that we all want to give ourselves. Returning home at the end of the day and being welcomed by the enveloping embrace of a nice scent is the best way to unwind. If you don't like the strong scents of commercial perfumes and air fresheners, there are many alternatives you can make using soap.

We all know that soap bar fragments can be recycled to perfume drawers or wardrobes, but much more can be done. Whole or in flakes, let's find out how to transform soap into a perfumer that you will treasure.

It might seem odd, but even in the refrigerator a bar of soap can be an excellent perfumer. In addition to being used for cleaning, Marseille soap can be reduced to flakes and placed in a cup. Put this cup on a shelf in the refrigerator and all the bad smells will dissapear.

The bedroom is the first place we think of when we want some room to smell good; there is nothing better than going to sleep in a clean bed and a cozy, scented bedroom. You can make a scented soap by melting soap fragments in a bain-marie and adding an essential oil (or a blend of essential oils). Pour this mixture into silicone molds and leave it to cool. Keep these new bars of soap in your bedroom to scent the air!
