Tank tops are worn all year round: there are those only wear them in the summer; but there are also those who use them underwear or when exercising. In short, these garments can be in use all year round.

Whilst tank tops are already quite small, when space in a cupboard or travel luggage is limited, every centimeter gained counts. So, what's the best way to quickly and efficiently fold tank tops into super-compact "packages" that you can fit in almost anywhere? An expert in these techniques on TikTok demonstrates two different methods you can try. Read on to find out what they are:

The Folding Lady, demonstrates the first method in three steps, which begins by spreading the tank top out on a flat surface. After this:

1. Take the top (the neck and shoulders) and fold the top in half, so that the top meets the bottom.
2. You will now have a horizontal rectangle in front of you. Then take the left side and fold it to the center. Do the same with the left side.
3. Now you have created a vertical rectangle, and you just need to roll one side towards the other, finally inserting the roll into the open flap.

The second method, (shown in the same video), is even faster but doesn't end with a method to "secure" the package as in the first case. However, it is a similar technique, and is especially useful for storing tank tops in drawers.

1. Start by folding the tank top in half, as in the first method.
2. Now take the bottom and fold it up, up to half the height of the top.
3. The top will now be a horizontal strip, and you can simply start folding it back on itself by moving from left to right (or even the other way around, if you prefer!).

These methods are very easy and you can see them clearly watching the short video.
