A clear, attractive seating plan placed at the entrance to the reception area is an essential component for a well-organized wedding: as soon as the guests arrive they need to be able to easily and quickly consult this plan to find their tables. For this reason, the plan must be positioned in a highly visible spot and must be clearly legible and large enough to serve its purpose.

Traditionally, a seating plan is a relatively simple, framed sign, but you can go for something a little more original - keep reading for some unique suggestions:

For wedding signage, you need to ensure your scribe has excellent calligraphy skills. This is of fundamental importance when creating the table placeholders and the seating plan. If you use a blackboard to display your seating plan, the script used must be clear, legible and, of course, aesthetically pleasing.
