10 useful and ingenious tips for a cleaner, more functional home

Closet freshener
Panty liners are not only practical accessories for feminine hygiene, but they can be transformed into practical perfumers for the closets. Pour a little scented fabric softener over a panty liner and attach it to the inside wall of the wardrobe: it will release a a pleasant scent for a long time.
2. Close a bag without pegs
When you have to reseal a packet of pasta, rice, chips, popcorn or cereal it is important that the seal is tight, both to avoid spilling the contents of the bag and to prolong its life. If you don't have peg or a clip at your disposal, you can create a perfect seal by simply folding the bag in the correct way: take the bag and fold the two sides inwards to form a triangle, turn the package over and fold it down, then push the two corners outwards. The bag will be perfectly closed!
3. Clean oven rack
Do you have to clean the oven grill and don't know how to remove the baked-on grime? There is a method that allows you to do this quickly and effortlessly. Remove the rack from the oven and place it on the sink; then take a piece of aluminum foil and roll it into a ball. Pour some dish soap on the foil and rub the ball carefully on the grate. You will get a brilliant result.
4. Ready-to-use plastic wrap
Plastic wrap is a very useful and practical tool for covering food, but often the roll is difficult to use. The secret to dealing with this is to leave the roll inside its cardboard box and fold up the two side corners which open a hole in the center of the roll. In this way, the roll will remain fixed in the box and can turn easily. And your plastic wrap will peel off easily.
5. Spotless air fryer
Finally, here's a practical and quick method to effortlessly clean your air fryer. Insert a dishwasher tablet into the fryer's basket, fill with hot water and operate the machine at 200 degrees for 3 minutes. Once done, empty the basket and you will see that it the fryer is spotlessly clean.
