If you need storage room in the house, maybe you could use hangers to help you out

Among the objects that we all have at home, there is usually no shortage of hangers: we hang clothes or clothing accessories on them, and in general, they can be made of metal, plastic or wood. Sometimes, however, it is possible to adopt a different perspective and to see in hangers - perhaps old ones that are a little damaged or deformed - the material with which to give life to object which is completely different.

Online there are many examples of people who have made useful accessories or attractive pieces of furniture starting from a wire or wooden hanger. Here are some unique ideas that could give you inspiration for a DIY project:

Various parts of wire hangers, wire cutters, clips and pliers and with these tools and materials you can make a nice wall-mounted storage compartment with almost zero expense.

A similar project can also be tried to make a unique, wall-mounted photo frame.

Using only the necks of hangers, suitably bent, you can produce useful hooks for many other jobs and DIY projects.

Various types of coat hangers can be transformed into useful and original toilet paper roll holders for the bathroom. And you could also hang balls of yarn on them: twine for use in the kitchen or for packages, or ribbons and strips of fabric in the sewing room.

A few bends here and there and a wire hanger becomes a document holder to hang on the wall - simple and functional.

Do you use a lot of ribbons for sewing or for other creative arts and crafts? Put them all on the wire of a wire hanger and hang them near the work station - this will keep them all tidy and in order.

Similarly, you can use wire hangers for any other type of object that has a hole in it to pass the wire through (socket wrenches, in this example).

And if you want to continue to use them for clothes, in the case of wire ones that tend to deform, you can clad them in such a way as to completely transform them. They will become more attractive and remain useful, by simply wrapping a material around them.

In the case of wooden hangers, it is also possible to decorate them with stickers, decoupage or by painting them.

Wooden hangers could even be used as the framework to create original pieces of furniture, such as coffee tables with glass shelves ...

.. or they could be formed into the framework of an armchair with a decidedly unforgettable look.
